Web-exposure analysis with daily change monitoring
Guard assesses the publicly visible web, DNS, TLS, email-authentication and privacy controls of an organisation, then monitors material changes and keeps an exportable history.
It is built and operated in Riga by OffSeq (SEQ SIA), the team behind penetration tests, red-team engagements and security audits for companies and public bodies across Europe. Guard turns the first hour of that work, looking at what is exposed from the outside, into something any organisation can run for free. It is one of the six security tools OffSeq develops and operates.
How Guard works
- Public signals only
- Guard reads what any visitor can see: DNS, the TLS handshake, HTTP responses and page content. It never logs in, exploits or changes anything. Sites that block it get a report clearly marked as partial.
- Evidence over adjectives
- Every score traces back to an observed record, header or response, so a finding can be checked and cited rather than taken on trust.
- Indicative, not certification
- The GDPR and NIS2 readouts cover the controls visible from outside. They support an assessment, an insurer or a supplier questionnaire; they do not replace one.
- History, not a snapshot
- With monitoring (€25 per month) the domain is rescanned daily, material changes are emailed, and every snapshot is kept as exportable JSON.
